1. Eligibility and Age Requirement

7u7 bd platform services are only available to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. Before taking part in any gaming or betting activity, users must confirm that they are 21 or older.

Providing false information about your age when creating an account is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination. 7u7 bd may request supporting documents for age verification at any time.

• Recent utility bill or bank statement (proof of address)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used

7u7 bd reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals until verification is complete. If the information in submitted documents is found to be false or forged, the account will be closed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Funds can be deposited on 7u7 bd easily through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services. Accepted deposit methods:

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Deposited funds cannot be used until they are confirmed in the account. Deposits from a third party's payment account are not permitted.

New users can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the balance ৳3,000, and ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Policy

• Each user may use each offer only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements are met.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
• 7u7 bd reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
• If wagering is not completed within the time limit set for a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.

6. Gaming Rules

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by 7u7 bd

7u7 bd may temporarily or permanently suspend any account if there is suspicion of rule violations, risk of fraud, or a need for investigation. The reason for suspension will be communicated to the relevant user as clearly as possible.

8.2 Closure by User

Any user may close their account at their own discretion. It is advised to fulfil all wagering requirements and withdraw the available balance before submitting a closure request. A self-exclusion option is also available as part of the responsible gaming features.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive if there are no transactions for an extended period (more than 12 months). The user will be notified in advance by email.
